Prior to and following our program, which begins at 12:30 p.m., you’re welcome to take in the practice round on the championship course as professional golfers gear up for start of the Memorial Tournament. About Ray Shealy
As a serial entrepreneur and active angel investor, Ray is adept at helping technology companies grow exponentially by focusing on strategy, innovation and execution. He was selected by American Venture magazine as one of the top “40 Under Forty” executives in the U.S. in 2007, and has more than 20 years of senior executive leadership ranging from green-field startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Ray’s management style enables him to positively connect, communicate and inspire customers, employees and investors at all levels. His experience covers the many facets required to enable high-growth organizations to succeed; including raising capital, building technology, managing sales, marketing and operations and preparing companies for sale. As the founder and CEO of Margaux Ventures, Ray helps high-growth technology companies with formation, funding and strategy. Ray also is a co-founder of the Columbus-based accelerator Founders Factory and has been a founding member of several other successful technology companies.

Chaz Freutel is the Owner of Get-U-Connected, a Dublin, Ohio based company serving the start-up business community for over 10 years. Chaz is the Director of both The Dublin Entrepreneurial Center "The DEC" and Marysville Entrepreneurial Center "MEC," and on the Governing Board of the Ohio Christian University Business Innovation Center "OCUBIC." Chaz also serves as Program Manager for two Central Ohio classes of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy "YEA!," which develops middle and high school students into successful entrepreneurs. Chaz is a State Judge for both DECA and BPA competitions. In addition, Chaz has been a licensed club soccer coach for "OP" for over 20 years working with boys and girls ages 3-12.
Chaz was recently Certified as a Business Coach and Trainer and is authoring a book for youth entrepreneurship. His two YEA! classes are operating virtually during this challenging time with nearly 40 middle and high school students that will have businesses up and running by this June.
Chaz has a passion to develop youth potential and maximize their ability to communicate who they are and what they have to offer. He is proud to have graduated over 120 students from YEA! with over 100 filing their businesses with the federal, state and local authorities.
