About Ray Shealy

Chaz Freutel is the Owner of Get-U-Connected, a Dublin, Ohio based company serving the start-up business community for over 10 years. Chaz is the Director of both The Dublin Entrepreneurial Center "The DEC" and Marysville Entrepreneurial Center "MEC," and on the Governing Board of the Ohio Christian University Business Innovation Center "OCUBIC." Chaz also serves as Program Manager for two Central Ohio classes of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy "YEA!," which develops middle and high school students into successful entrepreneurs. Chaz is a State Judge for both DECA and BPA competitions. In addition, Chaz has been a licensed club soccer coach for "OP" for over 20 years working with boys and girls ages 3-12.

Chaz was recently Certified as a Business Coach and Trainer and is authoring a book for youth entrepreneurship. His two YEA! classes are operating virtually during this challenging time with nearly 40 middle and high school students that will have businesses up and running by this June.

Chaz has a passion to develop youth potential and maximize their ability to communicate who they are and what they have to offer. He is proud to have graduated over 120 students from YEA! with over 100 filing their businesses with the federal, state and local authorities.
